This is a legal agreement between you and J.R.SOSA & CO. LLC. By using our software, you agree to these terms.
1. The Corporate Shield
J.R.SOSA & CO. LLC is the sole legal entity responsible for the software. You agree that any legal claims arising from your use of the app will be brought exclusively against J.R.SOSA & CO. LLC. You explicitly waive any right to seek damages or hold the individual members, managers, or owners of the LLC personally liable.
2. License and Versioning (Buy-Once)
- Grant: We grant you a perpetual license to use the version of the software you purchased. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
- Future Versions: Maintenance updates are provided at our discretion. Significant new releases (e.g., "Version 2.0") are not included in your initial purchase and may be offered as a separate license.
3. Limitation of Liability
- "As-Is": The software is provided "as-is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the software will be error-free or meet your specific financial needs.
- Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, the total liability of J.R.SOSA & CO. LLC for any claim is limited to the actual amount paid for the software license.
- No Indirect Damages: J.R.SOSA & CO. LLC is not liable for any data loss, lost profits, or consequential damages resulting from app downtime or device failure.
4. Platform Disclaimer
J.R.SOSA & CO. LLC is not responsible for any service interruptions, data collection, or account issues caused by the Apple, Google, or Microsoft stores, or the foundational libraries required for the app to function.
5. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Florida law. Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
